How often do I get deliveries for my subscription?
Subscription pricing is subject to change at any time and at Yacon New Zealand’s sole discretion.
Yacon New Zealand Ltd has the right to suspend and/or cancel a recurring auto-ship order, if it believes (in its sole discretion), that the customer does not genuinely intend to participate in the auto-ship programme (i.e. the customer is purchasing with the intention of it being a one-time purchase).
Please note that once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.
Auto-shipment every week Your order will be dispatched and card charged every 7 days.
Auto-shipment every 2 weeks Your order will be dispatched and card charged every 14 days.
Auto-shipment every month Your order will be dispatched and card charged every 30 days.
Auto-shipment every 2 months Your order will be dispatched and card charged every 58 days.
The applicable shipping rate is charged to your card. You may log into your account to cancel your subscription at any time, or contact us for assistance.

How are taxes and duties calculated?
As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these may be required to release your order from customs on arrival.
What is the exchange rate applied?
We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
